As your General Contractor, we manage all needed subcontractors across all trades such as the mechanical engineer, installers of systems like HVAC, and electricians, plumbers, painters, and flooring experts. At Blanton, we create the job schedules for our subcontractors and ensuring everyone sticks to the timeline so your building will get done on time. We are also responsible for any special equipment that might be needed on the site like man-lifts and cranes etc. and for getting that equipment to the site as soon as it is needed.

The flagship anchor store in the Brickell City Center of Miami, which is a 5.4-billion-dollar development. The retail shopping area in the Brickell Mall is 565,000 square feet. This particular job had many special finishes and artisan elements that needed especially skilled tradesmen to install.
St. Louis Cardinals Ballpark Village Interior Finish
Blanton Construction was responsible for the interior finish for Live Nation (that’s where that huge one million dollar screen is!), Fox Sports Midwest, PBR a Cowboy Bar, the Budweiser Brewhouse Restaurant and the Budweiser Beer Garden and Roof Top Deck. This project had extremely tight schedules that could not be deviated from because you can’t change the opening day of baseball in St. Louis!
